Please fill in the application form below. It usually takes around 24-48 hours to be approved but might take longer if we are busy with kittens. They may be some follow-up questions.

Once it is approved, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve a spot on the waiting list. The detailed instruction will follow with the approval email.
